Now fer a little more info..... Delaware has a State Income Tax. Texas don't. Just fer tickles...consider what the "gross" revenues for the state of Delaware are vs them same revenues from the State of Texas? It don't take a brain surgeon to ascertain? Delaware citizens pay a hell of a lot less to the Feds compared to Texas citizens and therefor, folks from Delaware get back less. Which, is as it should be.
