the only links even SUGGESTING perjury charges are from right-wing loons. However, the telling part is that there is ZERO evidence that anyone is even investigating testimony at all. Hard to get charges when the DOJ isn't even investigating. I can link you to where they dismissed any thought of charges, and ended the investigation altogether about the email server back in August, if you'd missed that.

Here's what you're deliberately missing.Hillary is currently being investigated by the FBI. The DOJ, isn't/doesn't. They're waiting for the FBI investigation to conclude, while Obama is stalling/undermining it, every way he can. Bottom line is this, Hillary testifies publicly under oath, Hillary's emails are published publicly and are in definite contradiction of her testimony....and that ain't lying to you? This ain't politics, it's a crime. So, yeah, link me buddy....

the FBI is the investigative arm of the DOJ, Pud, just to clarify governmental organization for you. The FBI concluded, in August, the investigation of the email servers, as it directly related to Hillary, and announced that. There is no evidence that I can find that the are still investigating her for anything, at present.

Pud, are you aware that NOTHING on her email server was, at the time being discussed, CLASSIFIED at ALL, let alone 'highly classified'?

That there server wipe was illegal. Under federal law, she cannot destroy public property. Guess what dumb ass, they've found the evidence.
It don't matter if it was 'classified' at all or for that matter what it 'was' classified. She had a legal duty to return it, not delete it.
