Seems to me you are short on evidence and heavy on Judge Napolitano's whackjob Judicial Watch. Mark my words, and I'll toss this in as a side bet if you find the balls to take the original wager: straight up, $200 says no indictment for Hillary.

and the rest of what ya wrote.....explain that to General David Petraeus and the American people.Let's keep this going for a bit.....I can't wait to chat about the destruction of evidence....which is being recovered now. Hillary's best bet is to be indicted now, convicted soon and pardoned next year.

the window was her term at State, 'who' is everyone from the FBI on down. Petraus provided access to clearly marked classified material, to his woman friend. He got what he had coming, sorry. Like I said, I'm willing to bet you no indictment of any sort comes Hillary's way. Feel free to jabber on, it's starting to resemble a few of your prior claims(Obamacare will be repealed, the GOP will win in 2012, etc,etc) and your track record is FLAWLESS.
