if my country, by democratic, Constitutional process moved to a more socialistic overall model, yes, I would die to defend it as I would the current one, or past variants. That's the whole thing, Pud........I am big on the whole, flexible, malleable, but well-principled Constitution. I might agree with Jefferson that parts should be revisited more regularly than we historically have, but I'm all about the rule of law.
