He has more money than Trump, has run campaigns before, and knows how much he would have to shell out to run without a party setup to provide staffing and structure.

Carter won, precisely because he was authentic and likeable. Clinton is textbook for likeability(along with Reagan). Man can sell manure to a dairy farm. Obama beat Hillary on likeability and definitely hammered Romney on the same basis. What the fuck point are you feebly attempting here?
