more lies from the lie machine. Charitable Giving lists the Clinton Foundation as spending 84% of ALL donation money for the purposes intended, with a very low overall overhead. As for the figure of 6%, what the hell does a Charitable Foundation give to charity? They ARE a freaking charity.
