It couldn't come at a better time for two states...Florida and North Carolina.

After the destruction....and predictable Obama inaction....many more Republicans, just in time for the election.

Will Hillary show up?

Obama has had an excellent track record, and huge(YUGE!!!) numbers of people are about to see the value in competence in government and, in fact, the value of government resources overall. As one pundit noted today, when Obama went to plus-11 or so in approval ratings, the hurricane response might push him into historic highs, and heaven help Congress if they dither on an aid package.
