BTW, if Mass has one-party rule, how did Romney get elected Governor, or Brown Senator?? You are stupid.
Oh, and for what it's worth, I lived in New England long enough to know that Mass has governance issues. They(both parties) piss away their citizen's cash with very little regard. On the other hand, having lived for 4 years in New Hampshire, that state has issues, too. They seem to have little clue about the concept of social services, so focused on avoiding taxation that they suffer shitty public schools and push most responsibility to local governments, leading to some hefty property taxes. IMO, Vermont seems to have the best balance of the whole bunch of states up there, although there's something to be said for Rhode Island's concept of simply letting the Mob run things.....
