That idea about recess appointments>>> stay clear of it because it too could bite you on the butt big time. Funny thing is though, Democrats don't learn. If Obama tries this, Republicans need to respond accordingly:
-The Senate changes its rules to abolish the filibuster.
-The House passes a bill to increase the size of the Supreme Court by 3 seats.
-The Senate passes the the bill that can no longer stopped by a Democrat filibuster.
-The bill reaches President Trump's desk. He signs it and it becomes law.
-President Trump nominates three strong Conservatives to the Supreme Court.
-The Senate confirms these 3 appointments that can no longer be stopped by a Democrat filibuster.
-The New Supreme Court, now expanded to 12 seats. with a 7-5 Conservative majority strikes down Roe vrs Wade. sending the power of abortion back to the states. Any Activist Court decision is struck down and reversed. The Democrat scheme by Obama backfires big time further eroding Democrat influence in the national government and the Progressive cause. Political Correctness is dead and this Constitutional Republic reigns supreme. War WON!"
