Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., blamed the Bush administration for any lack of oversight leading up to the Gulf oil spill. The Obama administration, on the other hand, is blameless.

From Talk Radio News Service:

Many of the people appointed in the Bush administration are still burrowed in the agencies that are supposed to oversee the [oil] industry, Pelosi said when asked if Democrats could have prevented or mitigated the crisis by keeping a closer watch on the industry.

Added the Speaker, the cozy relationships between the Bush administrations agency leadership and the industry is clearIve heard no complaints from my members about the way the president has handled it, Pelosi stated.

On Friday, the Washington Examiner requested that Speaker Pelosis office release the list of Bush appointees to whom she was referring. Well let you know when we hear back.

GW's response should be

The fact that enviro-narzi's are the fucktards that pushed the rigs out to deep water to drill is beside the point so the finger should be shoved down their throats

Allegedly Kenyan born Barry Soetoro is not only blameless but clueless as well. Nancy will sort it out by even more finger pointing and blame game playing. I still have to wonder why the dumb ass wants to kill the coal industry AND the oil industry in the US as well. Makes me think he wants his muslim buddies to have even more stroke on what happens over here.

No worries.

Things are just peachy in the new US Socialist Party.

Thanks.

You'll probably blame that on GW as well.

I am somewhat amazed that you didn't throw in one of your liberlista diatribes affirming Nancy's observations.

Nancy Pelosi is a total idiot.
Sadly she will be re-elected.
She will only lose her seat in the house when Ted Kennedys
final oponnent catches up with her.

But the other Democrats will be beaten and Nancy will lose her speaker's job and her Boeing 757

Defeat will haunt you Callmesick

actually, although I might leave the word 'total' out, reserving that for several Bush appointees and the like, I sort of agree.

agreed, again, although I tried and cannot make any sense of the last sentence, unless you are suggesting she will win until she dies. If so, that's never a given.

that wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. I suspect they might retain control and not re-elect her as Speaker if she makes any major missteps. Fact is, Pelosi is starting to amass a record of legislative success that puts her into the top ranks of Speakers since the days of Sam Rayburn. You might not like what she gets passed, but she HAS gotten things passed, and that's her job.

hell, boy......if you cannot deal with defeat from time to time, politics ain't the thing for you. That said, I still hear a deafening silence from the Republicans as to any ideas about anything that make sense. Further, I still note a deafening silence from you right-wingtards as to who, if anyone, could have come close to dealing with all the issues confronting the nation than Obama. Failing that, we now aim for Pelosi?

Again, the communist resorts to insult when cornered.
We will drive you communists out of power
and send Obama back to Kenya.

Call someone a "boy" most anywhere in the U.S. and you are in serious risk
of a (at least) punch in the face. Callmesick is well aware of that fact.
Callmesick is full of internet bravado.
