Obama refuse to allow prosecution of voter intimidation case

Post by HappyHappy »

A former Justice official who claims the administration backed off a voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party for racial reasons is set to testify Tuesday before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.

LMAO, watch Callmesick defend this one!

Hot button topic, please post!

Here ya go Happy....this little article oughta get ya going....and swallow, before reading....I almost hurt myself....

"The Bush Justice Department brought the first case against three members of the group, accusing them in a civil complaint of violating the Voter Rights Act. The Obama administration initially pursued the case, winning a default judgment in federal court in April 2009 when the Black Panther members did not appear in court. But then the administration moved to dismiss the charges the following month after getting one of the New Black Panther members to agree to not carry a "deadly weapon" near a polling place until 2012."

looks like they don't want to waste the time. Similarly avoiding(thus far) a similar(but, with far more credible witness evidence) case between two Hispanic candidates in North Philly. What the reasoning is behind not actively pursuing these cases is, I don't know? I suspect pure politics, and strings being pulled someplace.

Slick? Did you not read the "red" ink? Don't ya find it a little "amusing" that homeboy gets to return to the polls in 2012 armed? Just in time for Obama's reelection....

I'm not altogether sure your source for that agreement is credible. Sorry.

Reverse racism raises it's ugly head. But it's ok cuz it's the black man behind it.

Callmesick, I knew you would defend the fascist Obama regime no matter the crime!
Face it, if those were KKK at a polling place they would be facing 30 years in the slammer.
But because they are members of a group friendly to the current regime they
got away with it.

This will be a fun presidential election, I can't wait!
All this will haunt Obama and the Pelosiites and cost most of them their jobs.

LMAO!
