I'm unsure how to address the bot issue.
We are running THE LATEST version of PHPBB, as always...
And I have some pretty ugly-ass shit the user has to go through to register.
My guess is that these are human bots (plants, skims, or whatever they're called), not really computer bots.
They've been banned. Keep posting when you guys see this happen. I know it's a pain.

I don't mind them as long as they don't invade half of the page with their viagra's... however they just don't know how to stop, obviously (or are programmed to ruin the forum, what benefit there is to them is beyond my current understanding)...
