more obfusication

the body language comment he made was completely subjective indeed, my mistake for not being specific enough, apologies, i should have pointed out that i wished you to respond to his statements, not his opinion....clearly i overestimated you

here, i will quote Cuda, this is the stuff you refuse to respond to, or obfusicate on...or are you saying that the below is Cuda's opinion? please respnd to the below:

"This nation gives you the right to freedom of speech, and the right to peacable assemble. it doe not give you the right to violate the laws and to be disruptive while doing so.
the Government did not abridge their free speech right.
the Government did not tell them they could not sing.
the Government told them they must leave the rotundra to do so.

All they had to do was move 25 feet outside of the covered area and they would have been ok. they refused. the students were in violation of the law."

its simple, the area they were in prohibits what they were doing, to continue to do so would have them breaking the law

What was said and done was un American. Period. I don't expect you to understand what that means. I suppose you'd have cops arrest people singing Christmas carols in public as well.....................

structurally, your pathos should have preceded your dismissal

breaking the law is un American? a U.S. LE agency carrying out its mandate is un American?

if the people Caroling in public were breaking the law somehow, would you not expect the law to be enforced by the appropriate agency?

Give it up, Rugg. You're really starting to embarrass yourself.

Rugg has no shame, so he is well past self-embarrassment. Note his foray onto the Arts forum just to call me names. He's lost it, and is starting a sick obsession, a la HeavyDelta.

I think he recently became a grand-dad again. That sort of thing can eat up some time, in a far more pleasant fashion, than stopping in here to witness Ruggie's mental breakdown.

And what a breakdown it is! I must have missed some good shit!
From what I've read so far just on the first page Rugg has gone loony as a Fudfark!
