The only reason I don't like talking about this stuff is cuz it sounds like your post, about how special you think you are cuz you've done X. I do plenty. I've given to more than just military, although I have involved myself in facilities for veterans that were being rehabbed. For free. It's the least I could do. My squadron sends care packages to guys that are serving. Some are friends of friends. Some are people are random. Doesn't matter which to me, cuz they're all important. I also have spent more than my fair share of time at St. Mary's food bank helping out those less fortunate in my city. I've done tons of Habitat for Humanity stuff. So yeah, I do a bunch and it's more than just military. I also try to do work instead of donating money to larger organizations. Many charities and organizations use tons of that money to continue running the charity. Sometimes only 15 cents on the dollar actually goes to the people who need it.

The point your punkass missed is that our troops sometimes just need a kind word. Heartfelt. That's what keeps 'em going.

You don't. You hate America and Americans or you wouldn't be backing the administration that has put this country in the largest debt it's ever seen. Now walk away son. Cuz you're a full on 'tard and we don't speak that here.

you damn near cornered the market. As for support, I support an administration that actually gets it that soldiers need the support of their nation both during and AFTER service. Also, I note that 85 percent of all business economists today issued a statement that we should worry less about the deficit and more about the economic stability of the nation. And that, sometimes, means spending for infrastructure, stimulus programs and economic safety nets for the population, when no other source but government can or will do so.

How about you read some of the comments of real soldiers under that video? They felt supported under Boosh, not under Barry. NM, you're one of those guys that ignores the facts and figures anyone else's opinion either doesn't matter or is irrelevant.

I don't talk to 'edited' troops in a video. I talk to real, returned from the front, servicemen and women.
I'll settle for my points of view unfiltered by someone else's agenda, thanks.
