you really are getting more clueless every day in your anti-Obama stuff. The guy was editor of the Harvard Law Review and near top of the graduating class. Do you have any idea how prominent Law Firms view such things when hiring new lawyers? The fact that he was non-white probably looked good to them as well, from a diversity standpoint.
Tell me again, why is it that you hate Obama so? Color of the skin has nothing to do with it, right?
Obama is like a "Chicken McNugget"...ya don't know what part of the bird, you're getting... :o
Seems he was packaged and sold in the same manner..... 8-)

Once again, I ask: What's the big freaking deal? Obama did well undergrad, went to Harvard Law and did very well, and got hired by a top law firm. It happens every year to the cream of the crop from Harvard, Yale, UVa, U of Chicago, Penn, Columbia, and about a dozen other top law schools. No mysteries, no conspiracy, just straight-up meritocracy. Where is there an issue here?

nice lead-in, Pud. I was looking for a place to insert this link. It's a fellow I know, to some extent, here in PA.
His writings are thought-provoking. I don't always agree with him, but no matter, it's a fun bunch of essays:

similarly, Pud: The scary part about common sense is that it isn't as common as it once was.

Well what are his qualifications? A top lawyer cream of the crop you say sure he might be a good civil rights lawyer which really he could work on a lot for you guys right now but he isnt, but he has what about 10 years of experiance with only 4 years as a senator before he got the top job seems a bit light to me especially from his background

lots of folks have served as President with little experience beyond a bit of law practice and a term or two of legislation. This fellow named Lincoln comes to mind, there were others, too. It's the nature of how our government runs, Fatman.
