Well maybe so....Still, they have to clean their windshield more often...not to mention the "slick" pavement....

Well, Slick, that's the difference in our points of view....
When it comes to horses...their are only two points of view...
Up top and behind...
Not trying to stirrup trouble...but, ya oughta try the saddle.....

Odd, I've been around horses my whole life, and you seem to have left out the key control point. In front, on the lead.......anyhow, nothing wrong, or unpleasant about driving a trotter(or pacer) either. Don't knock it until you try it.
completing the analogy, it's fun to watch folks around here(and you know who you are), so willing to take their position at the rear, far too close to the hoofs. Same thing happens every time....

I can think of a few horses I'd LOVE to see your liberal ass try to maintain any position on. I can see how you'd enjoy riding around in one of those little buggy things with a horse's ass in your face. In that situation there would be two assholes looking at each other.
Ever hear of a "mother-in-law horse"?
That's one I'd love to see you on as well. It's a horse that when it runs away you hope your mother-in-law is on it and you won't miss either one when they're gone.
I can fix ya up.

give me two days with the creature, I'll have it under control......unless it's just been too fucked up by humans. By and large, horses adapt well to those that understand them. I've only been kicked once, and that was when I was 16 or so. Like I said, if you want a rush, take a race-caliber pacer out in a sulky. Jog him around clockwise for a few miles, than, slowly, turn him around to the other direction. I'd pay to see the look on your face about 15 seconds after the turn.

The mutts I'm talking about might give you 10 seconds before they made East coast hash out of your old ass. Less than that if you were able to get one saddled and get on it.
I've been kicked, bitten, stepped on, and stomped by horses. Had to cut a saddle off of two of hammerheads in my life time. Horse wrecks ain't fun when the horse gets killed. One of 'em was a damn good horse. The other saved me a bullet when he broke his damn neck and not mine.
Since Beltex is out of business and can't sell horse meat to Nic, there is a surplus of that type of beast. Some have a longer fuse than others. Yes, most were fucked up by people.
You have no clue. Keep messing with your "ponies".

dude, look up Assateague and Wild Horses. I don't always deal with racehorses, although I've spent a lot of time with them. Thoroughbreds are the nastiest breed going, IMHO, but overall, it is abuse that makes horses uncontrollable. Sometimes, calm experience and patience will overcome that, sometimes not. It's a shame, but once truly ruined, horses can essentially be useless. BTW, Wullie, if you've been kicked, bitten, stepped on and stomped all THAT often, you are both clueless about horses, and pretty freaking slow in the reflex department......
