Take the money back from Haliburton and Blackwater for starters with compounded interest.

How about we take back the money you were paid for work for the past 12 years? Those companies do a job just like any company does a job for the federal government. Clinton gave contracts to Haliburton before GW did BTW.

Government contracts are lucrative. I'm starting an FHA loan approved job on Monday and it's killer money. And just like Haliburton or Blackwater I'm providing a service for payment.

Ehehehe welcome to the essence of free capitalism reign! 8-)

I see China leading that way fast... from being hard core commies to hc capitalists in one step!

It's already happening here in my country, as well as the rest of the Europe and many other countries... wage is the same, prices are going up, not to mention that you're happy in the first place that you're even employed... rinse and repeat until piss poor & working for hand of rice/day.

Average working class wage here is 2500-3700 kuna that is $559-$724...
And the 1 litre of gas is $1,55, white bread $1... enough said...

So if it's of any consolation, it's happening worldwide.

The government did take my money and paid it to no-bid contracts to Haliburton and Blackwater; instead of the soldiers. I'm all for the complete destruction of those companies. We don't need mercs-for-hire. They act like they are above the law.

Soldiers aren't necessarily trained to build water treatment facilities, hospitals, etc. Which is one of the things Haliburton does. Clinton started the no-bid contract business with Haliburton.

We don't need mercs-for-hire.
But the companies rebuilding the infrastructure of countries like Iraq do. They deserve to protect their employees any way necessary.
They act like they are above the law.
There is no law in Iraq. Not really. The situation in Iraq is different than it is in the states. What "flies" in Iraq wouldn't "fly" in this country. Once you figure out the truth about things you'll stop with the ignorant pie in the sky attitude that the libs are trying to cultivate. The fact is that as human being we all can't get along. The fact is that Iraq is a less civilized country than most of Europe and North America.
