Re: Hypocrisy
Here's an example of being informed R_D.....
Pat Buchanan: Occupy Wall Street Is 'Going To End Very, Very Badly'
Pat Buchanan issued a stern warning to Occupy Wall Street this weekend.
In a round-table discussion on 'The McLaughlin Group', host John McLaughlin asked panelists about the future of the movement.
“It’s going to end very, very badly with these folks in the winter and they’re not going to be getting publicity and they’re going to be acting up and acting badly like the worst of the demonstrators in the 60s," Buchanan said. "They’re going to start fighting with the cops.”
Occupy Wall Street took a violent turn this week as Oakland police unleashed tear gas on protesters and injured an Iraq war veteran.
On Saturday, scores were arrested in Denver after protesters clashed with local law enforcement. When cops began to spray Mace on the crowd, several protestors reportedly retaliated by kicking and pushing police.

Re: Hypocrisy
Now R_D, here's the opinion to go with it...
Based on my experience....The weather is going to do more ass kicking, than the cops. The cops have a lot more "hands off" tools than they did in the sixties...
No worries R_D....
I'll stay at it, until you get it....

Re: Hypocrisy
They should retaliate anytime they get attacked or provoked.
Cops are supposed to serve and protect the people, not to attack them. I've seen numerous videos of cops assaulting people though. Many times without provocation. If they decide to obey their puppetmasters instead then too bad.

Hey Nic....
What is it about some dudes walking in your front door and camping out in your home for a couple of weeks...and you get tired of it...call the cops to remove them...and the cops tell you "Sorry Nic, we don't want to have any type of ugly confrontation"..."You need to adjust to it"....You get pissed off and tell them "Get them out of here, it's your job"...and they tell you..."Well, since you are getting ugly about it...we're gonna leave and we aren't coming back".....end of story.
What is it about the right to protest?
And no right to break the law while protesting?
That dummies don't understand?
There is no justification in breaking laws to protest something that is not against the law.
Meaning?
This ain't the case...where two wrongs make a right.

Re: Hypocrisy
They're not occupying someone's home, but the place where the crooks who took over american from 1913 onwards did their nasty things.
If anything every single american bar less than 1% should support them.

Nic, they are trespassing on private property...not the place where the "crooks" took over America.
Their trespassing is against the law. They have as much right on that private property as they do on my private property....which is none. When the cops ignore/quit enforcing the law? Who do you call?
What you are deliberately ignorant of?
Folks have a right to protest, legally.
Folks do not have a right to protest, illegally.
I'm sure you were real tolerant when the muzzies were burning up your country...and I'm positive you were
out there with them demonstrating their right to protest in your country...just like you were behind your country and it's right to protest Gadaffi in Libya...You French, are a curious bunch.

Re: Hypocrisy
the protestors in NY are on Private property. they could all be arrested for trespassing. just for a start.nicolas10 wrote:They're not occupying someone's home, but the place where the crooks who took over american from 1913 onwards did their nasty things.

PLUS
they have No permits to assemble and protest, which is in violation of the law
they have no insurance to cover any damages done by said protestors. which is in Violation of the law
both of which they required the tea-party protestors to have before they could assemble. seems to me like we have a double standard in how the government is addressing both these groups.
