Nothing was "trumped up" on Holder.
Though, the Congress did call him a cunt.
A contempt-able one.
He is.
So, who was/is actually held accountable and responsible for "fast and furious"?
So far, no one.
My, my, isn't that convenient...or is it contempt?
Many, many, people died because of this....
Congress has the constitutional duty to find out?
Who is responsible and who will be accountable for it.
This little deal in the Congress today?
Is only "political"?
Because Eric Holder and Obama's refusal to comply with a lawful subpoena is illegal and contempt-able.
Old Pudfark sez: " It oughta be down right amusing...watching...Obama and Eric...trying to pick up this
turd? By the clean end... "

As the one Congressman stated, "Shame", on all behind this obvious ruse. As was reported yesterday in that left-wing rag, Fortune magazine, the thing that allowed guns to leave the country wasn't lack of oversight by ATF, it was the lax gun laws in Arizona.
your dodging the issue. Taking your ball and going home because your not getting your way is NEVER the proper course of action. it's immature and childish and you know it. and apparently it's only trumped up in "some" Democrats minds, because 17 of them voted with the Republicans for the contempt charges apparently there are democrats that have character and see things as right and wrong.

It seems that most of the Dem's don't play by anyone's rules...to include their own.
Just as the Dem's ignored the vote today, so will Slick.
Can you imagine?
What if the SCOTUS had ignored this issue and "ran off"?
I don't particularly like their decision...however, I do acknowledge my respect
for them in fulfilling their duty. It's a damn shame and a dishonor for folks to
behave, like Obama, Holder and the "run out" Dem's. This kind of behavior must
be severely dealt with. Maybe, that will happen, over the course of the next two years.

you all left out the part where the NRA threatened to go after anyone not voting for the contempt citation. What patriots!
Read the article in Fortune magazine and get back to me.

Here is what the Dem's don't want you to realize:
Obama and Holder have given the citizens of this country?
No other choice?
Than to believe that both of them are criminal accessories?
To the murder of a Federal Law Enforcement Officer.
The murders of Mexican Law Enforcement Officers and citizens.
Obama and Holder would have you believe?
It's none of your business...or...anyone else.
It's their business.
You will have the opportunity to decide in November?
Is it "Justice for All" or is it "Justice for sum/some"?
Old Pudfark sez: " That's a pretty damn ugly thing to say. It's the truth. "

CUDA...I remembered this from the other day and I'm sure R_D won't mind me quoting him here

It just seems so applicable, since, I mentioned that the Dem's/Lib's don't follow their own rules.
R_D said: " Yet again you are confused by the difference between opinion, fact and news.
An opinion piece is simply that. Someones opinion. It's not fact. That's why they call it an opinion piece in the first place.
Give me 20 minutes and I could post links to 20 other opinion pieces that are completely opposite to Jon Kraushar's opinions.
But that doesn't mean that any opinion piece is fact on any level.
It's just opinion."
Maybe, Slick should argue with R_D...cuz, R_D likes it.

Sorry to blow up your thread HH..
I'm still mighty torqued off, that folks do not understand what killed our Federal Law Enforcement Officer.
Here it is in summary form:
The murdered FLEO was issued and ordered to use (
first), a "non-lethal" bean-bag gun in apprehending
any suspects. What the FLEO did not know and was never told? Our Federal Government (ATF) had armed the same and other suspects with Military Grade Assualt Rifles. The result of this? The FLEO is dead/murdered.
Questions that should be asked:
Who was the head of the ATF at that time?
What happened to him?
Why no comment from him?
Was he a "fill in" and not an officially appointed "head"?
Where is he now?
What was the "chain of command" in the operation called "fast and furious"?
What are the names of everyone involved with "fast and furious"?
I'd bet everyone of these questions has been asked and "stone walled".
Heads up Slick....You won't find the answers to these questions in yer "Fortune" magazine/blog or what ever.
However, Slick...I do know where to find the answers...So do you and Mr. Issa.
My humble apologies HH, I got a dab carried away.
