A Complete Waste of Space

in my lifetime, Pud, I've gotten drivers licenses in Delaware, New Hampshire, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. NEVER has a fingerprint been involved.

Interesting that fingerprinting thing. That tells you even by reading the conspy press you can't get everything they're doing to control people.

Anyway the gist of my post was that, this is set up for kids in a pretty fun way to make them get used to that kind of ID check. When they have done it all their scholarship, it will be easier to make them do it as adult for whatever reason your government decides.
