Piers Morgan is a self seeking cuntwad, his personal leanings are to the right, but his ego stroking will go anywhere.

A few threads ago I mentioned people trying to make political points out of a tragic event, Morgan is doing the same thing but it looks like it might have backfired ( no pun intended ..)

A few good friends of mine who also happen to be sport shooters, or people who go hunting, and live in the States, also posted the petition. I just laughed it off and left it at that. If an internet petition could change the world we would all be at the mercy of who controls the internet.

I'm not surprised that HH posted it here. But would have preferred him to get Morgan's Nationality right ( I know, it's a big ask..) At best Morgan is an Englishman who became a US citizen. Overall though he is an asshole.

And to add to the above.

The "debate" on his show was far from that, it was a lot of cross talk with him being emotional and not rational and talking balls as usual.

No one in the UK listens to that cunt, that is why his career is in the States now. ( Unless you are a Sun or NOTW reader in which case you too are an asshole. )

Now as to to gun laws etc, I don't live there so it is not for me to comment. In the UK however, I am happy that our gun laws are as strict as they are. It doesn't and won't stop a crazy guy doing damage, but it will and has stopped a few from being able to do it easily.

Between my late father and I, we've trimmed brass, weighed grain, and reloaded and fired off over 200,000 bullets. I've shot about 42 different guns, and I've owned (me, not my dad), about 13 of those. My father was a policeman for 25 years. Taught me everything I ever needed to know about gun safety. It really isn't that hard.

My father was a career cop. I grew up in a house that had guns in it.
Growing up I spent a shit load of Saturday mornings out at the cop range with my dad and his cop buddies. They would all have their issued firearms as well as their personal.
My dad taught me well. I know gun safety. I know how to shoot.
And although I never counted, I'm fairly certain I've fired somewhere in the area of at least 42 different weapons as well.

I know guns. I know gun safety. I can shoot guns.
Big fucking deal.

This issue is about common sense and logic. And nothing more.
It's not about the "pussification" of your country. You shamed yourself by typing that.
It's about a societies ability to evolve. To better itself. To benefit the common good.
America isn't doing that. America is stagnant. America wants to be Wyatt Earp and Tombstone Arizona.

I quit watching the "boob tube" news...more than six months ago.
I can readily tell...you're the type of "dude" who leaves snail tracks
in his seat...listening to Chris Matthews and Rachel Maddow....and can spout their
diatribe and drivel at a moments notice. I read the news...from everywhere...that still has some shred of credibility....it's easier now...there's fewer sources.
