Well Buzz...who and how are you gonna hold'em accountable, if'n you find yer "mule", starving, dehydrated and belly deep in mule shit? Or worse, Lord forbid, dead in the same conditions?
What's yer recourse?
Then try to apply yer recourse to your/our government and your own "care".
I'd really like to know, what you have to say about that...honestly.
Though, based upon what you have chosen to write so far?
