I dunno.....I think rugg and I are pretty tongue in cheek, but I wouldn't expect others to get that part.
Admittedly, some folks jump in and get pretty apolectic in a hurry(see HappyHappy for examples). And yes,
without a massive throng of muck-throwers, with a Buzz or two tossed in, the humor value pales compared to historical levels here. That, neither Ruggie or I can do a damned thing about.
we could send out invites to Helos, Hellcat, Fly and g00se, and send a team of search dogs into the Colorado snows to locate Buzz, but lotsa luck with those ideas.....

I don't think having you two take it outside is going to bring new life, because there isn't the funny here, and there is no one to bring it. That IMO is the only thing that will bring new life to this place.

spot on. Unless I missed the banner ads someplace, I don't see how any larger group flocks here, with about a zillion other places to choose from.

Impossible to please everyone, to be sure.
No one is forcing anyone to use the new forum, but if you'd like to utilize it, please do. Or, consider it a forum with more specificity.

I don't really care one way or the other.
No one is going to be banned for "mis-posting" content (well, NSFW stuff, I suppose) in any forum, just consider being considerate. I'm certainly not going to move threads around... And I mean the "real" NSFW stuff. Love the avatars and sigs, all I ask is please no blatant nudity (if you're really dumb enough to view this site at work...).

Just it's there as a tool if you'd like to utilize it.
