Fox criticism of ANYONE elses journalistic standards is utterly baseless.
Note, that I didn't post anything about that event, because I read the Hartford Courant regularly, and knew the context. If only Pud bothered to check the sensational against realism before he posted......

I have to point out your hypocrisy on this issue. MSNBC has an ugly history of "selective" editing that shows clear blatant bias and flat out lies in their reporting. hello George Zimmerman. if you are going to criticize one outlet, the proper thing would be to do the same to the other instead of dismissing it.
you should probably look at the tapes. MSNBC's and Martin Bashir CLEARLY manipulated the story and told a blatant lie when he said the the witness was heckled. that didn't happen. they edited the story to appear that way. and then reported it to make Gun owners appear in a bad light.

CUDA, you are correct, but the discussion here was around FOX, and merely saying, "these guys do stuff, too!" isn't really addressing the point.

I'm not defending FOX. they clearly are to the right. but to my knowledge they have never done anything as blatant to selectively edit video's to change their meaning. if I'm wrong please show me if I'm incorrect. what I see in this thread is the typical fracturing of society. one side wants to point fingers only at the other side, while ignoring their own warts. and in most cases their own warts are truly hideous.
