Correct Pudster, the Civil war started about states rights. News paper articles
from the 1850's are full of other complaints than slavery. But slavery was certainly
THE hot topic. The war was cleverly morphed into a referendum on slavery, mostly
after the surrender at Appomattox Court House.
As I see it this may get really ugly. States will rebel and the Teddy Nugent types
will appear from the woodwork. I fear eventually the division will form across
racial barriers. A race war would really suck.
Although I can not and will not read Callmesick's propaganda, it is obvious the impotent
little man is wrong (lying) as usual.
