What was it you implied Beck was being sued for?
Improper use of "Sour Grapes" by the way. Unless you mean wine, I can't stand drinking wine, too much sugar.

Fox was being threatened with suits around improperly inserting a commercial pitch into news broadcasts. The FCC has strict rules about that.

you don't drink wine, but you sure produce a lot of whine around the Obama Presidency.....speaking of respect, show some.

One just has to admire Beck's courage in starting a small business venture
in these trying times.....Hell, it makes Obama's plan look good. You should be proud,
Slick....

LOL Bullshit. Beck's show was not a "Newscast", "broad" or otherwise...

Beck's show on Fox was very successful, bettering his 'talking head' competition, up to and past the point when he was boycotted by many of his advertisers. His competitors threatened to drop major advertisers they shared with Beck, by accusing those advertisers of associating with a racist program (Beck accused Obama of being racist, therefore Beck is racist, you know the drill Slick...). So those advertisers quickly left the Beck show, making a myriad of excuses, non of them associated with lawsuits, they just didn't want to lose revenue from other networks.

Interesting... I don't whine about Obama... sometimes I get angry over his activity, and I absolutely don't respect the man, he's very bad for the country. He has contempt for the office and the entire democratic process... and has no integrity... you know what that means, even if you won't admit it. That sound like a whine to you?

Is a very good one... the organization Colorofchange.org was run/headed by Van Jones, as I'm sure you well know. Beck was responsible for making America aware of the radical background and views that Jones and Obama were foisting upon our country. Jones lost his "job" over that. The resulting boycott by advertisers of Beck's show was Jones being retaliatory using Colorofchange.org...to get back at Beck.
Seems, that didn't work.
Beck is on.
Jones is ?

Thanks Pud - didn't dig deep enough to find who was at the root of this.... you could use extreme HappyHappy language to describe that guy, and be completely accurate....
