one of about 6 reasons I put that one down as a bad idea. Unless you set of a massive new documentation system, and maintain it at a massive cost, that proposal would either be pointless, or worse, lead to prosecution of around 1/3 of the state's population eventually.

Even Canada woke up and got rid of their longarm registry

likely, most of the folks at Fox couldn't find Canada on a map.....or their own asses with both hands.
