no, those ARE the facts, at least in the region I live in. Texas, as I suggested, may vary. In the past 10 years or more here, Children and Youth has the right, and, in fact, the LEGAL OBLIGATION, to investigate any charge forward to their agency. That includes hotline 'tips', and other pure hearsay. As for experience, as I stated, I was the target of one of those, and my daughter was as well, both on completely unfounded calls. In my case, one kid said something to another, then on to another until the original goofy tale turned even goofier, and the final person to overhear it was a teacher, who called CYS.

What I said and am still sayin....you and yours make excuses for
Political Correctness over an individuals Rights.

Further, the excuse is compounded with using children to further your agenda.
As in "gun control", warrant-less searches and everybody snitching on everybody about a nothing.

It just baffles me that you don't recognize where all of this is heading.
