Slick...I bet most of us have bought a few homes....and realize what the time of year does to the market...ya know, sorta like trying to sell a boat in December....Duh? And the rest of that don't mean shit cuz that there "incentive program" didn't exist in the past years....so, the comparison is fer shit....

For all the "rubes" out there...well caveat emptor...ya dumbasses!!! This country is full of'em..no shortage...believe me...just look at the last election results.....all complete idiots...all voters/taxpayers...who must have the Federal Govt. take care of their silly selves.....and Slick to champion their cause....led on a leash by "Sol Alinski"....
