A Complete Waste of Space

The toxicology report indicated liver damage consistent with abuse from dextromethorphan (DXM), and Trayvon bragged about drinking "lean" on Twitter. Most normal 17 year olds do not drink "lean", brag about living a 'thug' lifestyle on Twitter, and carry thieving tools. I am guessing that it is also not a popular trend to wear a hoody, so you can't be identified when you are up to no good. That could be a fashion trend who's origins are irrelevant to most, like the "I'm available for prison sex" statement that wearing pants below your buttocks originally meant.

Trayvon Martin did not a exhibit normal or acceptable social behaviour.

teenagers, in huge numbers, experiment with Dextromorphan all the time. Normal, suburban white kids, especially. Also, that class of sedatives stays around in the bloodstream and urine for a long time, and the absence of it shows that there was no pattern of abuse. Also, the 'report' you cite came from a defense analysis, not from the official state pathologist. No professional could look a liver damage, without concurrent urine or blood toxicology and make that assessment. Ever.

I wouldn't expect liver damage to occur from 'experimenting'. Maybe Trayvon experimented with drinking bleach. That would cause liver damage with one use....

liver damage can come from one high dose of Tylenol in a pre-teen. Luckily, one's liver recovers in a decade or so. Teens, especially, routinely whack out their livers, but as regenerative tissue, the human body helps them through life.
