There is no way the latter presented without Israel using anti-personnel weapons(which had been highly restricted by International convention) in the conflict.

I'd remind you that Israel is occupying foreign territry in violation of the UN directives.

Thus they cannot claim that they do everything to avoid civilian casualties. The best way to avoid them would be to cease violating the UN resolutions & stop occupying land & destroying people's homes & stealing their land.

I did! Just because you and other anti-Semites make claims that the Israeli Army is/has committed war crimes does not make it so. There are going to be civilian casualties during conflict and when your Hamas buddies hide behind women and children it is going to increase the casualties.

Phosphorus munitions are used primarily for smoke screens; they are not very effective as anti-personnel weapons. So what you are suggesting is the IDF is purposely firing WP to inflict civilian casualties.
