a thought that occurred to me, in discussion with a pal:
If Robertson is correct, it is truly a reassuring thought to those like myself; garden variety, run-of-the mill
sinners. Obviously, God is working on a serious backlog, if it took him until now to rectify pacts with the devil from the 19th century. I figure it will take damn near forever for him to work through the 20th century.

oh, you misunderstand, Pud. I'm down with God's apparent schedule. I figure I have at least 150 years or more to atone for my sins. Heck, maybe more, since the Nazi's and "Christian Conservatives" should create a bottleneck of grievous sins and moral depravity for the Almighty to cope with.
