Preseason games start tomorrow the season propper is in mid march all good things and all that dude not to long now.

magpies are big over there, apparently.
Also, is AFL tipping related to cow tipping in any way?

Back before they joined the AFL their emblem was magpie when they joined they changes it to a gay assed hand holding a lightening bolt. And Slick ill be right thanks anyway not even sure we have foodland in Victoria And did anyone watch the Hawks bend Brisbane over we had a heap of young players in lifes good

sad to say, I did manage to hit the site when your homeboys were in the 3rd quarter(or is it fifths? ).
For the record, I have watched the sport before. Back, a long ways back, in time, ESPN had to fill a weak programming schedule. They did so with AFL football.
I can remember a day in 1982 or so sitting in a friends apartment, both of us stoned as hell, watching AFL with the sound turned down on the TV(we were listening to music probably, and did I mention we were pretty ripped?). The two of us were watching and attempting to figure out the scoring system. We failed miserably....but, it is a fun, and very rough sport to watch.

Kick it between the 2 big posts you get a goal which is 6 points if you hit the either of the 2 big posts or get it between the the two b ig ones and the 2 little ones you get 1 point. A goal will result in going back to the center square for a bounce a point will result in a kickin from the goal square.

something tells me that this was more enjoyable to watch with a lot of beer, dilaudid and cocaine, but I'll give it a try.
