That House of which Pud speaks has passed less than half the total of the current record-holder for LEAST legislation passed. Half. And Pud wishes this sort of incompetence be brought to the whole government? Luckily, common sense, demographics and every trend measurable say the following:
The Dems will likely maintain the Senate this year, but barely. The House likely will be a wash one way or the other. In 2016, the Dems will absolute bury the GOP. They will pick up at least 6 Senate seats, and will likely retake the House and win the Presidency. Enjoy the ride, Pud. 8-)

You were told, by me, 4 years ago that the congress would become a gridlock. It did, it has.
As long as Obummer is in office, it will. This fall, you can add the Senate to it.

oh, and Hillary?
"According to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll also released on Monday, 55 percent of Americans believe she can relate to the average citizen.

“Given all the TV spots, front-page stories, and Sunday show discussions focused on Hillary Clinton’s wealth and her recent ‘dead broke’ comment," Chuck Todd wrote at NBC, “these numbers are pretty good for Team Clinton.”

so, the 'wheels' are not exactly 'falling off', Pud. Then again, you claim victory after embarrassing yourself, so you may not be the best judge of outcomes.....

 Hillary Clinton’s book sales dropped even faster in week three than in week two

Do you own a hard copy of Hillary Clinton's book Hard Choices? If so, you're in exclusive company. According to data provided to the Post by Nielsen BookScan, a little over 26,000 more copies of the book were sold in its third week -- down almost 46 percent from the week prior, which was down 44 percent from the week before that.

 I wuz gonna provide the link to that above...then reconsidered, knowing you need the google practice.
 'wheels' are not exactly 'falling off' there ya go spinning again...
