Explain why.
Really? You come back with an opinion piece from a tabloid web site? Seriously?
Every Tom, Dick and Harry has a fucking opinion. Once again you have demonstrated that you can't tell the difference between an opinion and actual news.
You haven't answered why you thing I'm naive.
Especially when you stop to consider that I didn't offer an opinion of my own on the matter. All I did was forward a news story and make a funny quip about it. No personal opinions were expressed on my part. "How to run for President of the United States."
So I'll ask again, how is it that you think I'm naive?
And before you answer take a moment to consider this ... it is an undeniable FACT that you are the world heavyweight champion of copy and pasting news articles and then making a funny quip. (in an incomprehensible foreign language, but a quip all the same)
So according to your own logic ... does that not make you naive?
But then again, who gives a fuck whether it's a summons or an arrest warrant? I certainly don't. That's not what this thread is about.Under Texas law, warrants and summons are virtually identical; the main difference is that a warrant requires a defendant to be arrested while a summons requires he or she be in court at a specified date and time. State law allows a magistrate to issue either a warrant or a summons as he sees fit. A warrant can be issued when there is threat of absconding; in this case, Perry lives literally across the street from the court.
Perry will eventually have to be booked and have a mug shot taken. The timing on that front hasn’t been made available.
