also, EVERYONE has seen healthcare costs rise. Not only over 6 years, which have seen a SHARP decrease in the rises, but over the past 20 years. You may not have felt that, since you were sucking the government teat for most of those. Bottom line is this: health insurance in the US is expensive, especially so when we were paying the costs of the uninsured. I pay nearly $16,000 per year. It's worth it to me, as my health is important to me. On her good days, so is the health of my wife.
....gawd, I'm glad she doesn't read this stuff!

That's in line with what I pay, now. The good news is........ObamaCare is on it's way out.
I had a tax guy...who told me....awhile back....that with a little paperwork 'chicanery'....I could let you pay my insurance....?
However, a 'porch monkey', I am not.

ummm, Slappy, if you're capable, do some reading. There is no way to defund more than 10% of ObamaCare, unless you want to defund Medicare and Medicaid, with which the funding is tied by law. Do that, and watch 300 GOP Congressmen hanging from DC lampposts by their testicles, being beaten like pinatas by the elderly and disabled. Seriously, do you think ANYONE in Congress would dare cut those programs out of funding?
