History has proven that you can be illegal and get more benefits than if you were (in this order) 1) a white person 2) a citizen 3) a man.

news flash for ya. More natural gas lies under PA, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin and Minnesota than under you all.
If yer talking about what's under your chair? You may have a point...other'n that, we have the refineries....am now visualizing you trying to fart in your gas tank....

Yeah, you can have Bush up north, especially if he's stupid enough to move there and pay a hell of a lot more in taxes and the increased socialism... Heck, maybe he'll become your neighbor....

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oil_reserves_in_Canada
Canada has a highly sophisticated energy industry and is both an importer and exporter of oil and refined products. In 2006, in addition to producing 1.2 billion barrels (190×10^6 m3), Canada imported 440 million barrels (70×10^6 m3), consumed 800 million barrels (130×10^6 m3) itself, and exported 840 million barrels (134×10^6 m3) to the U.S. The excess of exports over imports was 400 million barrels (64×10^6 m3). Over 99% of Canadian oil exports are sent to the United States, and Canada is the United States' largest supplier of oil.

At 17.1 billion cubic feet (480,000,000 m3) per day in 2006, Canada is the third largest producer of natural gas in the world. Its proven reserves were 58.2 trillion cubic feet (1,650 km3) at the close of that year. A large portion of Canada's gas is exported to the United States; in 2006, 9.9 billion cubic feet (280,000,000 m3) per day.

I got a great idea for that Rugg....although it isn't mine...The U.S. should make Canada the same offer, that they made Texas...The Canadians accept the offer...The U.S. reneges on the deal later...and all is good...

Every American knows where Canada is. We're taught in school that Canada is America's hat.
