this is sort of off topic, but suffice it to say you know exactly squat about my industry. However, even I would gladly see my employer rolled into a national health service. The savings to the public from us not having to keep feeding dividends to investors, pay a top-heavy executive team around $30 million plus per year and maintain a huge sales infrastructure would drop costs to everyone. That sort of all-encompassing healthcare is what I want, but few politicians have the balls to propose it. I think the corporate donors might have something to do with that lack o'balls.
Maybe what's best for you is to STFU and try to open your mind for once. Look farther down the road than this term or the next. I'd like to think that you're smart enuf to do that but unfortunately you're just an east coast douchebag with a messiah complex.

What is bogus and actually detrimental to the nation as a whole, is this whole pile of 'what he REALLY wants to do'(with no proof or even suggestion from the man's lifework) or 'He wants to take everyone's guns away'(didn't even back several state gun bills in Illinois, but nevermind, it sounds scary, right?). If folks stuck to proveable facts, the political discourse in this nation could move forward. Unfortunately, at present, the loudest liar or weasel with a political ax to grind, gets the most traction. And, in the end, that sucks for us all.
