Probably not the other way....When you "raise" a family, you raise them with your ethics and morals and it is your responsibility to do it. When you let the government or strangers do the job? Then you get the rebellion. The only thing that the government can do succesfully? Raise Taxes. Conservatism is the new coffee for you and yours, Slick.
