Obama is the pro at "loop holing" the law...and circumventiing the congress and senate...lets see how elusive the democratic party and Obama are this "fall". There is a hell of a difference between doing what is "popular" and what is legally right....

whatever agencies are already charged with such thing, US border partol, et al, and perhaps some kind of "deputised" force of upstanding patriotic citizens such as yourself, armed with new legislation

How will it "cure" the problem of continued illegal immigration?

make it so that anyone illegally in US is subject to "house arrest", or perhaps indenture, in a way, the illegals to care and protection under US gov. as they contribute "service"..treat them humanely, but make it so they would rather stay in mexico, or slobovia or whatever...a "kinder, gentiler" chain gang...have them collect rocks on US bases in greenland and pile them up on one side, then make them take it down and re pile on the other side of the base...or ship em to alaska to cut roads, or lick-clean military jets at diego garcia, or shovel snow at mcmurdo, clean prisoner toilets at gitmo, etc, all while being paid 25 or 50 cents a day (if that, what works out to be less then most would make in mexico if they even had a job)

this way it is so unattractive to enter us illegally and risk being sent away for a year, or two, or three, or more, that they would rather stay at home...right wing tards have the satisfaction of cutting down on the problem, while the illegals they have can "give it back" to USA, and through hard work and toil...then ship there ass to chetumal...moonbats have the satisfaction of seeing a cutting down of the problem, while the illegals they have can be kept healthy with plenty of excercise, and treat them for their chronic personality disorder to tresspass, and ensuring at the end they will be joyfully reunited with thier mother country
win/win for both sides

(half of the problem since the mass-media 60's is the partisanship, both sides could work towards solutions in any subject, but wont accept how the others percieves it eg "hard work"~"excerise", for fear the public will hear one version and "revolt" on the respective party)

Here is some simple legislation for ya....Treat them like the criminals they are....arrest them, deport them and confiscate all property and assets...no hearing, no nothing...just the boot....and a little " Y'all come back now, heah " If they should return? Tatoo or Brand them, take their shit and deport them....Third offense shoot'em.
