not bad strategy, Res. I am in on the 18th for my big reposition meeting. I'm thinking a bit more Asian exposure, notably India, Canada, even England is a cheap buy right now. I might easily have more than 50% of my portfolio in some way focused on the US or serving US markets, but it will be far more diverse as of Jan 19. Not worried about agricultual real estate or even residential in the short term, until interest rates go up more. I will make my money off of pine trees while construction is still strong. Otherwise,as for most Americans, the important part is to have enough liquid assets to be able to handle any threat or adversity just with cash on hand,
