....likes to write down and send memos about any controversial meetings he is involved in(goes back to his days in the Bush admin as a deputy AG). Turns out, Lord Dampnut called him into a private meeting and sought to have the Flynn investigation ended. Now, mind you, the only way a President proper can be indicted for Obstruction of Justice is in the House of Representatives via Articles of Impeachment. However, Jason Chaffetz(R-Utah), who is Chair of the House Oversight Committee has demanded to see the one memo pronto and suggested the idea of a supoena of all Comey memos regarding contacts with the President since January. The words Obstruction of Justice were brought up by that very GOP Congressman. Cracks in the veneer? We'll see.
Chaffetz is resigning in June....oh, dear, now what?

I know he was running out of town, but that doesn't make the request less valid.

Dershowitz: Special Counsel Is Wrong Choice, Except to Investigate Leaks
"Dershowitz makes a three-part case against the special counsel. First, he says, the Trump campaign is not facing criminal accusations. Second, he says, even if collusion were to be found between the Trump campaign and the Russian government, or if Trump were found to have divulged secrets to the Russian foreign minister, none of that would be illegal, and ought to be punished by voters, not prosecutors. Third, he argues, Trump’s decision to fire James Comey does not constitute obstruction of justice, and a special counsel could not impeach him anyway."
I'm saying I listened to a half-hour interview with him and those positions are misrepresented by the Breitbart lie machine.
Actually, your 'original' piece is dated 3 pm TODAY, and he seems to have changed his talking points a wee bit since he was on Van Sustern's show last evening. At that time, he was freaking over the leaks(he's very pro-Israel, and thus feels the leaks are a danger to the nation closest to his heart, which is not the US, but that's another matter), but admitted under questioning that there were all manner of potential for crimes to be investigated, just not necessarily Trump himself. On the subject of Trump, Dershowitz is railing for a Congressional independant Commission, like the 9/11 commission, that COULD stretch to inappropriate, illegal or dangerous Presidential conduct.
