The rules are simple. You can assert any opinion, in a civilized fashion, you wish. You can start any thread you wish, so long as it isn't simply designed to make some pointless whine about 'liberals' or 'conservatives' or individuals without substance. Now, I might not have had Slappy or Pud in mind as live candidates, but hope that eventually some folks might find a quieter spot for a back and forth of facts, links, data, etc can be useful.
