No, because he works the subject of buying gold into his nightly tirades. Which, apparently, is against Federal law(FCC, FTC regs). Look at your own counter-examples(Brimley,Shatner,etc), they aren't using a supposed news program to raise panic to sell whatever they do.Wullie wrote:Just how is Beck "fleecing the rubes"?
Simply because he takes Goldline's money to advertise for them?
spellcheck is your friend, Dawg. Actually, I did the research, and Goldmine does get good marks for customer service, to date, but those don't account for the recent coin scams. And, when a paid spokesperson uses a news program to hype the purchase of products he's shilling for, that's liable for a minimum $16,000 fine, PER MENTION on-air. It also, by the way, is in direct violation of Murdoch's stated policy on spokespersons on-air,which explains Beck's, um, change in position on whether he is truly a paid spokesperson.Dawg wrote:Slick, do some research, its as smear campaign against the crybaby Beck.
BBB gives that company its highest rating. Individual groups have said "we can find nothing wrong" etc
smear attack for his non stop attack on the worse president in history.
A few problems here, Slick. Beck has always denied his program was a news program. Do ya really think that "Goldmine" writes the check to Beck or Murdoch for the airtime? Have you watched the show or seen the "check"?callmeslick wrote:spellcheck is your friend, Dawg.
