Being the honorable American, that I am, I will accept the blame....however, in doing so, I can no longer apologize fer Slick....so be it.....I sense the Rugg and Wullie are with me in this selfless endeavor....
Old Pudfark sez: " United we stand...for Slick this fall...it's all about a Happy ending... "

in a vain attempt to keep on your original topic.......What happens in the case of a hung parliment, Fatman?

its easy, slick
seasons reversed in oz
they drive on wrong side of raod
they go north for vacations
oz turds go left, not right, down the bowl
hence conservative = liberal and vice versa down there

Well why that is all true i still like to blame the British
One one intersting fact this has brought up is that our GG Ms Bryce has a daughter that is married to a Labour head honcho so if it comes down to the line and she has to decide i see s conflict of interest issue i dont know what happens then maybe the Queen will have to weigh in

"The Governor General of Australia is appointed by the Queen of Australia on the advice of the Australian Prime Minister"
of course, the GG can dismiss the PM
but the Queen could just dismiss the GG and appoint a new one quickly and have it carry on from there
what-a-mess!
