Much truth in that... :) Hence, my fondness for the 64 Impala...the last year, a real bumper was put on a car... 8-) Though, that other "iron" y'all are mentioning is pretty attractive... ;)

Fuel consumption on some of those old beasts....2-3 1/2 klicks per liter....not to mention, 92 octane plus as a fuel requirement.....

:shock: At approx 8USD a gallon, it would cost about 2 bucks to get a big block warmed up and backed out of the driveway. :lol:

That's as rare as they come, but I still have doubts it will bring $500,000. Maybe if it was Camaro. Follow up on it. I'd like to see what it sells for.

If it had the 4 speed rockcrusher maybe $500k. Not automatic though. And not in this economy. Maybe in 2006's economy.
