yuck! Each to their own. I'll stick closer to Res' recipe. Actually, a garlic/salt/pepper rub is just fine for steaks, with foil wrapped potato wedges,onions and peppers on the side. It's supposed to hit 40 degrees F by weekend, time to fire up the grill!

It seems to me....that folks who "dig" bad weather?
Are the ones who don't have to be out in it.......just sayin.....

I've spent the last 27 years working outside for a living.
Believe me, I've been "out in it".
I've been in just about everything.
Just saying......
