Oh, and Res, the exhange with Wullie was priceless. It's SOOOOO easy to just toss him a little rope and watch him hang himself with his own stupidity. I love how he cites ridiculous numbers for the economy, when damn near EVERY significant observer, from economists to business leaders, notes that economy is finally starting to pick up steam. It would really suck for the skinhead, neo-nazi wannabes if Obama was actually right about his approach to restoring the economy.

"If he ain't right...no harm, no foul and no blame....and y'all will pick up the tab?"
I sure don't like the way you used "if"....Sorta reminds me of the fella who said he'd split the check with me, "if he had enough money?"....
That sorta thing really works out well....
What folks don't recognize? Obama's leadership style/methods are more suited to China.....than the U.S.

Pud, I'll overlook the obvious quote-fail going on there and say this: no one will know whether Obama's approach is going to work until well after the fact. At the current point, the economy seems to be progressing in the manner predicted for this approach, but there is such complexity involved, with so many unknowable pitfalls, the road is a long one. The only thing I'd state that I know Obama to be correct about is this: The recovery, if we really want a true American restoration economically, will be a long process into which the nation is going to have pull together for a matter of a generation or more.

So the results of the Gallup poll I posted are bullshit and the BLS statistics are to be believed without question?callmeslick wrote:Pud, I'll overlook the obvious quote-fail going on there and say this: no one will know whether Obama's approach is going to work until well after the fact.
