Labeling it a tax and not a penalty (look at what it is adding to the IRS, tax code and your upcoming tax returns) saving ObamaCare has added more weight to the anchor that is dragging this administration down.

What Slick and the rest of the left's minions don't realize is they may have gotten their "Obamacare", is that Justice Roberts ruled that relative to the commerce clause, it was unconsitutional. The Dems got Obamacare going because of this clause. The ruling states that congress can't compel ANYONE to purchase anything, ever. From here on out, forever and ever the socialists cannot ram it down our throats. FOREVER!

He also stated that Congress doesn't have the power to mandate and that it must fund Obamacare by taxing the people. Obama and his minions and the rest of the left wing socialists parroted the lie that it wasn't a tax. Well folks, IT IS. I believe this will put the nail in the coffin so to speak regarding re-election. With the Bush-era tax cuts being allowed to go away, everyone will be paying 35% more income tax, to start. This isn't just my opinion folks, my accountant and two other accountant friends have stated it is indeed a fact.

We all know who and what caused all of this now, don't we?

And somewhere, somehow a left wing retard will blame Bush for everything. Lulz.

for the record, I stated repeatedly here and elsewhere that I sort of hope the Court would strike down the law, simply because it would make cradle-to-grave Medicare come to the US sooner.

I dont see whats so bad aboot this per capita you guys spend more on health services than countires with universal healthcare so its not like it should cost more

No one goes without health care here... you don't need insurance as it is. It's just that the government wants the control and the money.

One of my closest friends is the materials coordinator for Banner Thunderbird hospital. He said that Banner has never turned anyone away because they didn't have the ability to pay. Period.
