Well Slick we all ready have strict restraints on purchase. Exchange? Public carry of weapons? Ok, I'm trying to keep a straight face. So...I take it, by inference, if folks in that school had been "armed"? The outcome would have been the same. (Shaking my head in disbelief) Really? You're kidding yourself. In your opinion? Incidents like this one? Would occur just as regularly? If, it was known? Most folks were armed, most of the time? If, you really do believe that? Please explain to this "country boy"....How the Israelis manage to have an armed population, living under constant foreign terrorist threat, don't have the "nut case" problems like we do?

Barney and Andy don't qualify as "most cops". Dare, I offer, that it's more likely, I've known a few more than you? Did ya give any thought, at all, on your long jail sentences and how much folks (oops, I mean criminals) are going to resist the efforts of them cops and how they are gonna do it? Things are tough enough right now on the cops and yet? You wanna "triple" down on them? That's kinda thoughtless.

When all them cops are tied up on making the reports, tagging the evidence and filing the charges? Whose gonna help you and yours...when the cops are all down town and unavailable? Nobody in their right mind is without "outrage" about this incident.

Unless, you can find a way to budget all law enforcement agencies an increase in operating expenses of at least 500 percent, that would including increasing their size times five. It would take more than 10 years to do it, if you could find the folks who would do it. How do I know this? When I went to work for the 4th largest city in America? The city wanted to double the size of the police force and budget was not an issue. It took them nearly ten years to do it. There you have it. Figure out something else.
